The Best White Chicken Chili recipe

Creamy White Chicken Chili
(one of our family's favorites & only takes 30 minutes in our Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker!)

1 pound boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch chunks
1/2 of a small onion chopped or use the whole thing if you prefer
1- 1/2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
2 (15-1/2 oz cans-drained & rinsed)
Great  Northern Beans
1 (14 1/2 oz can) Chicken Broth
2 cans (4oz size)  Chopped Green Chilis
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Add all these ingredients to the pressure cooker
and mix together well, lock the cover and microwave for 30 minutes
let stand until pressure releases
Stir together then mix in
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
 (optional garnish with shredded cheese and chip strips)

then serve!

This is So Delicious and Super Easy!!!
I am sure you can cook on the stove just allow longer cooking time

Peanut Butter Snowballs - Fun Holiday Candy Super Easy to Make!

1 cup creamy peanut butter, 
6 tablespoons softened butter, 
2 cups powdered sugar 

 mix these 3 ingredients together and form into balls and chill, 

then to Coat the chocolate use

1 package of white chocolate chips or almond bark 

 melted in the microwave (heat 1 minute stir,
 then 30 seconds at a time until melted enough to dip and coat place on 
Tupperware silicone baking mat or wax paper, 

add sprinkles or decoration as desired let harden and serve or gift them!
Fun Fast and Yummy!

Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

3/4 cup butter flavor crisco
1 1/4 cup brown sugar (I Prefer light brown sugar)
2 tablespoons milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla 
(cream together the first ingredients then once well mixed stir in the items below)

1 1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
.......then 
1 cup chocolate chips and 
1/2 cup shredded coconut  

Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes or until golden
I prefer to bake on  my Tupperware Silicone Baking mat as it just lets the cookies slide ride off and no stuck to messes and easy cleanup and bakes evenly

No Bake Cookies- Make in the Microwave!

MICROWAVE NO BAKE COOKIES
So Fast & Easy & Taste Great!

 In  Microwave safe container (Tupperware Stack Cooker or Vent N Serve)
combine
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick of butter)
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa

Cook in microwave 1 1/2 minutes
then...
 stir mix well and
microwave for 2 1/2 minutes more
stir

then add
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups quick oats

mix well &
drop teaspoons full onto silicone wonder mat or wax paper
and let cool

Here is the Basic Vanilla Recipe

4 eggs 
2 1/2 cups sugar 
7 cups milk 
1 can pet milk (evaporated milk) 
1 large package instant vanilla pudding 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla 

 Beat the eggs, add sugar, evaporated milk, pudding,  salt & vanilla add 4 cups of the milk, 

then put in your ice cream freezer and finish filling with milk to the fill line and stir.....then freeze.. it's easy & yummy

Susan's Pumpkin Pie Bars

Susan's Pumpkin Pie Bars

This is a quick easy recipe I created for making a big pan of pumpkin bars
super easy & tastes yummy!

1 pkg Pillsbury Pie Crust roll out style *or homemade crust

5 eggs
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can pumpkin (plain pumpkin not the pie filling)

1 can pet milk
1 can Sweetened Condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350
in a jelly roll pan press out the two pie doughs and connect them to fill the pan to the edges leaving no holes in the bottom for the filling to seep through.

then set aside and
in a mixing bowl
beat the eggs together add sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin
when well mixed add the 2 cans of milk, then fill the pie shell

and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes


this is a great holiday treat & serves several when cut into bars serve with cool whip if desired

You can use the Tupperware

Tupperware stack cooker any of these work great

Core the applies and add 1/4 cup water to the bottom of the container



MIX TOGETHER and Fill the apples
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon vanilla seasoning blend
3 tablespoons butter

(you can add dried raisins or cranberries or other dried mixed fruits if desired or nuts)






mix and fill the apples and cook covered in microwave for 10 minutes or until tender




if desired you can top with a drizzle of caramel ice cream topping!
